Darth Maul Action Figure Guide - The End of Darth Maul

If you are interested in a Darth Maul Action Figure, I thought you might also be interested in a little background information in just who he is and more to the point of this article... how he died.

From the moment we first witnessed the figure called Maul beside Darth Sidious we know adventure is in store. With his sinister horns for hair and the menacing black and red patterned face, the Darth Maul character introduces the to Star Wars saga to a character of skill, single focused purpose and a pure servant of the dark side. We know he will challenge the forces of light.

Maul first appears out of almost nowhere to face off with Qui-Gon Jin. In ensuing short battle leaves Qui-Gon Jin mystified as to who... or even what, this new foe is. The Jedi realize that they are up against a foe like they have seldom seen. They know a new significant foe as entered the story.

In the final battle where the Jedi Qui-Gon Jin & Obi-Wan Kenobi fight Darth Maul in their attempt to protect Queen Padmé Amidala the excitement rises. Not knowing what to expect, who will win or if it will continue in other ways and forms.

Unfortunately it is the end of Qui-Gon, but as with all endings a phoenix rises from the ashes and Obi-Wan steps up to not only defeat the dastardly Darth Maul but to assume his rightful role as a master Jedi in his own right.

The last view of Darth Maul is of him falling, shock on his face as his body separates into two pieces in mid air. He had been defeated and Obie-Wan Kenobi was left victorious in his grief over loosing his master Qui-Gon Jin.

Star Wars is the stuff of heroes and Heroic deeds, it is a proving ground where boys, young and hold learn the difference between good and evil, right and wrong. The Darth Maul action figure into the world of herons and legend and allows one to relive the excitement and glory of Star Wars. We learn that sometimes one must fight for what is right but that they much as the same time learn to control anger, hatred and personal prejudice.

I think that the fantasy play allowed with the Darth Maul Action Figure and other Star wars Action figures, be they good, evil, human or alien is a chance for our boys to work out and role play the struggles they will face later on in life.
